soft soft fabric. Texture gives better appearance than most of these cool summer shirts.I bought this for my son to wear as an undershirt for baseball. Fits perfectly and looks very nice. Adds a little layer of warmth on those cold baseball nights.I will probably order more from this company. This is a very nice dry fit shirt to have. It is form fitting so if you want a bit more breathing room I suggest getting a size bigger and it fit pretty well. It is a pretty tight shirt but it is made of breathable material to keep you cool for the most part. The color is a simple navy and it does look a little lighter than what is shown in the picture. Even though it is form fitting, it does not irritate my skin even during work out. It also does not stick to me when I am working out and sweating. Because of the color, it is harder to see sweat marks but the can be present. I put this in the wash and it is washer and dryer friendly. It did not shrink on me nor did it have lint cling to it after the dryer process. I normally air dry anyways to keep it from long term damage. With this shirt on, you have good mobility as well so you can play sports and lift weights without much issue. The only down side of this is that the shirt does get dirty pretty easily if you happen to be doing something like playing baseball. Dirty clings to it pretty easily. The material regardless is very breathable and does a good job keeping you cool during work outs. The fact it does not irritate you even when you are sweating the best. Overall I would recommend this shirt. If you want a less tighter fit just get one size up or something different. The material is nice to keep you cool and does not stick to your skin even if you sweat which is nice. This is a pretty basic black long sleeve dri-fit shirt. No bells and whistles, no tags - just a black dri-fit shirt. I wish more clothes were like this - just busy doing a good job at what they are supposed to do.For a long sleeve athletic tee under $20, this is probably about as good as they come! Unlike what I see in cheaper big box store or online marketplace clothing, there was not any obvious flawed stitching, odd proportions/bulges/sleeve lengths (I'm a very average 5'9" 150lb dude), or horrific smell that made me fear to try it on before washing.I ordered the turquoise, and thankfully it was actually closer to what the picture represented, being more on the mint green side. The heathered pattern is much preferred to a solid design, and the subtle decal on the sleeve makes it look like it came from a fancier brand that you would find at REI.As for sizing, it is on the looser end of medium, so I would be more likely to wear it either around the house or outside for runs in the early fall or late spring when it can be worn by itself instead of layering anything other than a jacket over it.As for the material, it is seemingly good quality and stretchy, but VERY thin (i.e. thicker hairs would poke through it). If you are a man and are self-conscious about nipping for some reason, I would go with a thicker weight shirt. On the same note, I'm not sure if it would be too valuable as a base layer for cold weather and I wouldn't count on it for any UV protection in the summer. In summary, though I prefer slimmer/tighter fitting long sleeve shirts, I really like the look and color of this one and will enjoy wearing it casually or for runs when I need one step up from a T-Shirt! Just another great example of why you don't need to overspend on athletic clothing. This shirt is ok, but not what I expected. Material is a thin knit. Logo was not impressive.I'm 5'10, 170 lbs with a lean build and got a Medium. Mediums in this type of shirt usually fit snug on me, but this one is a little loose. A small would be snug and a large would be too big for me. The material is "silky" soft, comfortable against the skin and very stretchy. It works good as a base layer in the current cold weather, but would be good as a single layer for hot weather. It does wick moisture well and drys quick. the seams appear to be sewn well and it feels like it will last a long time. I got he dark grey, but note that it is not solid grey - it has thin black stripes. The only reason I took off a star was because of the fit: 1) a little large. 2) the sleeve length is adequate, but could be a little longer. 3) the cut of the arms pulls on the shirt a bit when you lift your arms up high.Overall, it's a good shirt for the money.
