Honestly these clippers left me gobsmacked. I've had Wahl clippers and a variety of other clippers in the past and this one puts them all to shame.These lil guys were so amazing that 5 grown adults sat around mesmerized by how well these work. FOR HOURS. Two of the 5 ordered a pair immediately, and one of them doesn't even have a pet to use them on yet. These babies were whisper quiet, did not heat up quickly and the battery life is unreal. My cat is a long haired old fart who is constantly getting mats. These shaved down to the proper level on the first pass and mowed through the entire job in a single pass, with minimal cleanup passes needed (mostly just because I am not a groomer) and my cat thought he was getting pampered, when usually he gets impatient with his haircuts. Usually it takes me about 4 hours over 2 days to properly groom him. This took me 30 minutes. So I decided to try them out on our German Shepherd who was blowing his coat and again, one pass magic, done in minutes.The true testament to these clippers though was thanks to my SIL. I was so excited about these miracle clippers that I went to her house to show her on her 5 dogs, all of whom have different coats and were very matted. You can see from the pictures that these again, went through the fur and mats like a hot knife through butter. I mean, we were literally pulling off massive pieces.So after shaving my cat, my dog and 4 other dogs, the battery was still going strong at 25%. I never charged it in between. They put SHEEP SHEARS to shame! If that along with the gross yet impressive pictures I've provided haven't convinced you to buy these, then you don't believe in magic and should try these out. You'll believe in magic too.These clippers cut like butter. My cat gets lots of mats and I've struggled to find good clippers to easily trim her. But now I don't ever have to worry about it. She is so temperamental and has a hard time getting trimmed. She let me trim all this no complaints! Did all this in about 15 mins if that! I love the different speeds this goes as well as being able to adjust the bare blade to 3 different levels. On top of that the guards are so great to keep her fur trimmed but not super short! If you're looking for the best option on the market these are them! I have tried so many other products and I'm so happy I read the other reviews because they helped me chose these! Do yourself and your pet a favor, get these clippers!I have a very temperamental cat. She goes by the nickname, "Evil Kitty", so needless to say I was a little scared to have to shave her but...She has gotten old and with arthritis can't groom herself as well as she used to, so big hard mats started appearing all over her. She left me no choice!Got these clippers with very little hope of actually being able to use them on her, but...I waited for her to fall asleep, crept up on her quietly and turned on the clippers! I expected her to jump up and claw my eyes out, but the clippers were remarkably quiet! I got a couple of gpod swipes in as I sheared off a big mat like a hot knife through butter. She then opened her eyes and stared at me as if to say, "Try that one more time and I will eat you for lunch!" I stopped......until next time! He, he, he...I have a senior long-haired cat who can no longer groom herself. I have tried several different brands of clippers and each of those would get caught on her matted fur causing her pain and nicking her delicate old skin. I took her into the vet to get a medical grooming and unfortunately due to her age she wasn’t a good candidate to be sedated. I was desperate to find her some relief. I bought this pair with low expectations as a last resort. They cut through her fur mats like butter and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.The battery lasts for a long time, they charge quickly and are very quiet. Great value for the price!!!I don't think these clippers were extra quiet like the product states. I turned them on and held on for dear life while I got bit by my cat. But the two mattes getting an infection under them would have been worse. It was a nice clean quick cut at the areas of concern and it was done. This cat has gotten older and a bit heavier and this trimmer was what we needed to trim areas she has difficulty grooming now. Does the job.We have a 1/2 main coone cat and she gets Matts under her arms and belly , this was the best 41$ I have ever spent, it was so quiet she did not mind it at all, it took the hair off so fast and easily, we had her shaved in 30 minutes when before it would take an hour , it came with amazing scissors and metal comb for the matted hair and we loved everything about this kit, my baby feels so much better after her shave , she had so much trouble vomiting her hair balls up because it was too much for her. Now she can breath and be comfortable for a long time!This is the best clipper! I have a long hair cat with fur like cotton. She mats easily even though I brush her. These clippers shaved away some close to the skin mats on her underside with no problem!My 15 year old cat had the worst matted hair ever on his belly. We tried many things that worked to no avail, so we decided to give these clippers a try. They got the mats off in less than 5 minutes. They work great and even the cat didn’t seem to mind it too much. Cut great without making fragile skin bleed. I would recommend this to anyone that needs help with their pet’s matted hair.Pensé que no iba a cortar pues el pelo de mi Persa es muy largo y tupido junto a la piel. Sin embargo la maquina se desempeñó muy bien, unas 2 pasadas y la piel quedaba expuesta. La compré para rasurar su area genital pues al estar muy peluda solía ensuciarse con facilidad. Es muy fácil y sencilla de usar. Hace muy poco ruido, me habría gustado que fuera más silenciosa pero distrayendo al felino con algún juguete pasa desapercibida. La recomiendo. La usé en 2 tipos de pelo de gato, considero que podría servir para cualquier ejemplar.The clippers are a GREAT product.
